Due to uIT’s position as a hands-on consulting firm we are able to work with some of the best and brightest SAP consultants worldwide. We have worked on and currently are working on multiple global SAP ECC and SAP GRC implementations, therefore by default SAP staff augmentation, resourcing and recruiting has become one of our core competencies. We are able to hand-select the best consultants in the industry and provide them to our clients when the need arises. Our staff augmentation approach is unique as we do not shop the Internet boards; all the resources that we provide have worked for uIT directly or one of our senior consultants has recommended the consultant from a project they worked on together. As a result, projects run smoother, challenges are met more quickly, and clients are more satisfied. While more and more clients are taking ownership of their SAP system and managing their own projects, uIT, and our staffing model, has proven to be an extremely valuable partner.

You will not see uIT job requirements on the Internet boards, as we do not believe in that type of service. We strive to be the firm which you turn to when you need the solid SAP resource to come in and deliver as expected, not the firm you look to for body shopping.
